Joe Wong

Joe Wong started J & A Food Service almost 35 years ago. He wanted to create a company that would serve people with the best possible food, and the highest customer service. He wanted to create a culture that really listened to customers and strives to exceed their expectations. Joe still sits as the President and CEO of his company. Joe has setup four different restaurant concepts across 36 locations in California and Oregon.

Bob Kirshner

Bob Kirshner is the Chief Financial Officer for the company. He has worked for the company for over 13 years, and oversees all aspects of the company from the corporate headquarters located in Redding, California.

Dan Babb

Dan Babb joined the company in late 2007 and serves as the Director of Information Technology. He is responsible for all areas of technology, and assists in other projects across all divisions of the company.

Andrew Bell

Andrew Bell is the Director of Operations for Logan's Roadhouse, and has served in this capacity since mid 2008. He is responsible for all aspects of the Logan's Roadhouse concept. He also spends time assisting in other projects in different divisions of the company.

Zach Sylvia

Zach Sylvia is the Senior Regional Director for Applebee's and Marie Callender's divisions. He has been with the company for the last 10 years, and oversees the management and development of both of these concepts.

Nicole Peery

Nicole Peery is the Marketing Manager for the company, and she has served in this area since early 2010. Nicole oversees the marketing and public events for the company.
